Community Guidelines
When interacting with other gamechangers in the Zoom chat, social media, our Discord channels, or any other community forums, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
Be kind. Bullying, insulting or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated and will get you removed from the server without prior warning.
No advertising. Don’t use this server to advertise yours or someone else’s business, page, fundraiser or website.
No spamming. Asking the same question or posting the same comment repeatedly after it has been removed by admins due to rule violation will result in removal.
We reserve the right to restrict your access to these forums and our future events, as is necessary. If you have any questions or concerns or are experiencing issues, please email admin@gamiotics.com for help. That’s what we’re here for!
Refund Policy
Experience an internet outage or a tech issue? We understand that things happen! Currently we do not accept ticket refund requests but feel free to submit your claim to admin@gamiotics.com and we’d be happy to work with you.

Materials provided to Gamiotics or posted at any Gamiotics websites
Gamiotics does not claim ownership of the materials you provide to Gamiotics (including feedback and suggestions) or post, upload, input or submit to any Gamiotics websites or its associated services (collectively "Submissions"). However, by posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you are granting Gamiotics, its affiliated companies and necessary sublicensees permission to use your Submission in connection with the operation of their Internet businesses including, without limitation, the rights to: copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat your Submission; and to publish your name in connection with your Submission.
No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your Submission, as provided herein. Gamiotics is under no obligation to post or use any Submission you may provide and may remove any Submission at any time in Gamiotics' sole discretion.
By posting, uploading, inputting, providing or submitting your Submission you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to your Submission as described in this section including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submissions.
Registration; Information Security; Newsletter Subscription
(a) Registration and Information Security.
If at any time Gamiotics shall require you to register and create an account in consideration of your use of our services, or if during a ticket purchase transaction or any other time we collect personal information from you, you will agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Gamiotics’ registration form (such information being the “Registration Data”) and (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Gamiotics has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Gamiotics has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of our services (or any portion thereof).
(b) Newsletter Subscription.
Users who register with or make purchases from Gamiotics will be subscribed to our periodic Seize the Show newsletter. In all newsletters you will be given the option to be removed from our subscription list by clicking an “unsubscribe” button. Once you elect to be removed from our subscription list, you will not be sent future newsletters unless you request to be added to our subscription list or make purchases from the Gamiotics at a later date.
